Tajikistan this winter?
Tomorrow I was supposed to go to Tajikistan. Then, as some of the visitors to this site knows, my father passed away last wednesday and I have other things than Tajikistan to think of. But my interest in Central Asia and in Tajikistan has not disappeared and I hope I will be able to go there later this year instead. The needs for assistence in the schools is still there and I still want to do it!
This week I will start a "half-post graduate" course at the Stockholm University in "Central Asian studies". They demand the applicants to have studied at least three semesters of political- or social science but not to have an accademic degree. It is going to be interesting but in the beginning I will not have so much time for the course. Anyway, life goes on.

Changed plans again...
For the second time I have to cancel my trip to Tajikistan. Maybe it is a sign that I should not go at all... Well, I will probably to another attempt later on.
